I'm 15 days into my radiation treatment (right radical mastectomy, 19 lymphnodes removed) and I've got a horribly sore throat. It feels like I swollowed a nail in just one spot in the lower part of my throat. I don't think it's due to illness, could it be from the radiation? My chest is getting pink in the area just below it. It's freaking me out but I don't see my oncologist for 4 more days.
